Stephen Drew – Managing Director

Greenwich Realty Capital co-founder and Managing Director Stephen Drew leads canvassing and analysis of potential acquisitions, as well as debt/equity sourcing. Over the past 20 years, Steve has been involved in real estate transactions with a combined total value over $1 billion. He has a significant background in capital markets and investment advisory services and is deeply knowledgeable about all elements of the development process from acquisition and financing to construction. Prior to co-founding Greenwich Realty Capital, Steve was CEO of Pinnacle Funding, a real estate finance company. In 2005, Steve and Michael Ursini established a real estate investment fund through a $150 million PPM and placed the funds in numerous commercial real estate deals along the East Coast of the United States.

Michael Ursini – Managing Director

Greenwich Realty Capital co-founder and Managing Director Michael Ursini directs the firm’s investment strategies and financing efforts. Michael has 25 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development and has worked across multiple property types, including office, industrial, multi-family residential, retail, and mixed-use. His expertise, which touches all phases of development, includes sourcing and negotiating land acquisitions, structuring transaction financing, and orchestrating the design/build process from concept to completion. Previously, Michael worked in the private equity space, both investing in and facilitating capital opportunities for the deregulated energy and merchant capital sectors. In 2005, Michael and Stephen Drew established a real estate investment fund through a $150 million PPM and placed the funds in numerous commercial real estate deals along the East Coast of the United States. Michael earned a BS in Finance from Quinnipiac University. He was previously a member of the Connecticut Home Builder’s Association and currently is on the Board of Directors of Yale Jr. Hockey.

Shaun Dindial – Managing Director

Shaun Dindial brings extensive experience to his position as Managing Director of Greenwich Realty Capital with responsibility for spearheading the analysis and underwriting of all of the firm’s real estate development projects. Shaun has a proven track record as a successful investment sales professional and has been involved in the acquisition, sale, or financing of real estate with a combined value over $100 million. He has significant expertise with new construction, multi-family, and hospitality properties. Shaun earned a degree in finance from Seton Hall University.

Michael Henrici – Vp of Construction Operations

Michael possesses a diverse acumen in all phases of the construction industry. Over the past 10 years he has served many reputable contracting and development firms in many capacities ranging from superintendent, head estimator, project manager to VP of Construction Operations. Michael has joined the Greenwich Realty Capital team having successfully delivered over $800 million dollars in new construction project revenue in New York City and a total of $1 billion throughout his career. Michael is a true asset and very complimentary to GRC’s team, specifically to it’s projects under construction as well as projects in the pre-construction phase. Michael currently resides in New York City and works out of the firm’s NYC office. Michael attended the State University of New York – Cortland. He played varsity hockey for the Red Dragons and graduated with a degree in economics and management.

Michael V. Santora – Director

Michael V. Santora is a co-founder and principal of Crown Architecture, a vertically integrated architecture and consulting firm offering architecture, due diligence, code consulting, and expediting. The firm was founded in 2008 to solve the inefficiencies he saw between ownership, third-party professional services, and city agencies. Previously, Michael held a senior level position at M. Moser Associates, a global firm with 12 offices worldwide, where he was responsible for all operations in the Americas. Prior to that, he held the number-two position at AEC Engineering, a design/build engineering firm, where he developed significant hands-on experience with the New York City development industry.

Jeff Hamilton – Director

Jeff Hamilton is a Director at Greenwich Realty Capital. He graduated from the Avon Old Farms School and Yale University where he remains the all-time leading scorer for the Men’s hockey team.  After leaving Yale, Jeff played professional hockey for ten years, including seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, Carolina Hurricanes and the Toronto Maple Leafs, and won the Bronze Medal as a member of the U.S. National team at the World Championships in 2004. Since retiring from professional hockey, Jeff has become involved in a number of different businesses while maintaining his connection to hockey. He is a co-founder of Seven7, a firm that provides financial, strategic and operational support to early stage companies.  He is also involved in business development and client relations with RJT Energy, the largest energy aggregator in Connecticut.

Anthony R. Milano – Director

Anthony R. Milano is a co-founder and principal of Crown Architecture, a vertically integrated architecture and consulting firm offering architecture, due diligence, code consulting, and expediting. Previously, Anthony worked for internationally renowned developer and entrepreneur Jerry Nelson in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Properties he was involved with during this time include Marbella Suites en la Playa and Hacienda Encantada. Anthony’s expertise with sales, marketing, and management skills complement Crown co-founder Michael Santora’s expertise. He is an Adviser to Space in the Raw, sits on the Board of the Real Estate Services Alliance, and was formerly a Board Member of the New York State Restaurant Association.

Paul Stann, S2 Partners, LLC

Paul Stann is a partner and the managing member of S2 Partners, LLC, a fully integrated Denver-based real estate development company with extensive development/construction management expertise. The firm, which was established in 1985, takes the development process from the conceptual idea through site selection, architectural design, financing, construction, leasing, development management and property management to maximize the full investment potential of a real estate asset. S-2 is a licensed general contractor in multiple states. Its extensive portfolio includes office complexes, mixed-use projects, regional shopping centers, industrial buildings, hotels, multi-family housing, and land developments. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture/Civil Engineering and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, the Engineering Society of Denver, and the American Society of Professional Estimators and Construction Manager. He has over 40 years of experience in construction and project management.
